Rockwood Area Council To Meet

Thu., Sept. 18, 1997

Leaders of the newly formed Rockwood Neighborhood Council are holding a meeting next Wednesday in an ongoing effort to unify the neighborhood.

Marcia Tunik, one of the leading organizers of the council, said the meeting will be at Hutton Elementary School at 7 p.m.

Issues such as the heavy traffic on residential streets will be discussed, she said.

Other issues include historic preservation, parks and pedestrian safety.
