Detention Ordered For Idaho Woman
A 30-year-old DeSmet, Idaho, woman avoided federal prison Monday when she was sentenced to six months’ home detention and given probation following her conviction on drug charges.
U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge also ordered Cynthia L. Bullock to perform 100 hours of community service and attend drug and alcohol counseling.
Bullock was convicted of distributing methamphetamine on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation, said Barry McHugh, assistant U.S. attorney.
