Micron To Hire Up To 800 Employees

Micron Technology Inc. will hire 400 to 500 people for its local factory and another 200 to 300 for its unfinished semiconductor manufacturing plant in Lehi, Utah.

Micron will hire up to 800 new workers in Idaho and Utah because it wants to boost production of computer memory chips, which are in strong demand even though prices are weak.
