Police Chief Mangan To Speak On Police Integrity

Spokane Police Chief Terry Mangan will be the keynote speaker Monday at a symposium on police integrity.

Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Institute of Justice, the meeting will take place in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Mangan, who was invited to speak by Attorney General Janet Reno’s office, is recognized as a national expert on police ethics and administration in law enforcement. He teaches annually at the FBI Academy in Arlington, Va.
