Bridge the GAP
The second workshop for the Generations for America’s Promise campaign is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 1 at Spokane Falls Community College.
The Health Improvement Partnership is coordinating the event, designed to connect young people with adults and services who can provide them five essential resources for success, including a caring adult, safe places and structured activities to help them learn and grow, a healthy start, a marketable skill and an opportunity to give back to the community.
The highlight of this workshop will be a special youth-adult lunch. Adults are encouraged to attend and partner with a young person for lunch.
For more information about the workshop, call Candace Uliano at 742-3660 or Joanne Benham at 625-6440.
