Deadbeats Can’T Fish

Deadbeats better get their act together before July, when applicants for Idaho fishing and hunting licenses will be required to provide their social security number.

The new Idaho law applies to all state-issued licenses, including marriage, driver’s, professional, occupational and recreational licenses. The law is intended to provide tracking of licenses issued to persons who may be negligent in payments to dependent children. If the payments aren’t made, the licenses can be revoked.
