Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Mandy M. Henderling - 18, Sandpoint, burglary, failure to appear/obstructing, $1,000 bond.

Allen L. Johnson - 25, Sagle, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Tina M. Murray - 27, Spokane, forgery (four counts), false personation, $10,000 bond.

Kristine L. Labelle - 34, Spokane, parole violation/grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Carolyn M. Craner - 24, Post Falls, contempt/ failure to purchase driver’s license, $150 bond.

Douglas W. David - 37, Rathdrum, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $64 bond.

Brian L. Demers - 31, Sandpoint, contempt/no driver’s license, inattentive driving, $423 bond.

Randy P. Francis - 25, Spirit Lake, contempt/ no driver’s license, inattentive driving, $423 bond.

Doyle R. Frost - 29, Ford, Wash., contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $488 bond, five days in jail.

Joey E. Fuller - 40, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, $488 bond.

William V. Gadberry - 39, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $553 bond.

Robert W. Hagerty - 33, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, $682 bond.

Robert A. Hansen - 36, Hayden, contempt/ driving under the influence, $590 bond.

Cinthia R. McDaniel - 41, Post Falls, contempt/telephone harassment, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,157.

Dudley K. Smith - 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/violation of posted weight restriction, $100 bond.

Kelo R. Smoke - 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ malicious injury to property, $578 bond.

Alcharly Teixeira - 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $95 bond.

Robert V. Trumbull - 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $288 bond, two days in jail.

Damon G. White - 34, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, possession of paraphernalia, $223 bond.
