Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Patrick M. O’Hearon 35, Kellogg, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $500 bond.

Ariana K. Oien 21, Missoula, Mont., minor consuming alcohol, $300 bond.

Loretta J. Olana 37, Kellogg, petty theft, $34 bond.

John T. Olson 25, Whitehall, Mont., failure to purchase a driver’s license, $100 bond.

Jason L. Orman, aka Jason L. Hall 27, Mullan, exhibition of a deadly weapon, reckless driving, obstructing justice, $356 bond.

Lawrence A. Osterhoff Jr. 31, Kellogg, issuing an insufficient funds check, $600 bond.

Steven B. Ostlund 34, Spokane, petty theft, $163 bond.

Daniel C. Otto 34, Placerville, Calif., issuing an insufficient funds check, $100 bond.

Calvin B. Ouellett 46, Smelterville, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,372.

David C. Overstreet Jr. 27, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $366 bond.

Matthew W. Paddock 27, Spokane, driving while suspended, $75 bond.

Tracy D. Paine, aka Tracy D. Shields, aka Tracy D. Guadgonli, aka Tracy D. Miles 37, Osburn, invalid driver’s license, $49 bond.

Crystal Palmer 18, Kellogg, issuing an insufficient funds check, $500 bond.

Todd C. Palmer 46, Osburn, no driver’s license, no registration, $180 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Shoshone County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
