Moran Prairie Kicks Off Fair

The 49th annual Moran Prairie Fair kicks off today at the corner of 57th and Palouse Highway.

The fair opens at 9 a.m. with horse, livestock and cat judging. Other activities, including beeswax demonstrations, bingo, a cake walk and amateur talent show will go on throughout the day, ending at 10 p.m. Admission is free.

The fair continues 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Highlights include a bicycle rodeo and silent auction on Saturday, and a fun run on Sunday.
