Land-Use Request Filed For Acreage

Robert J. Boyle has filed a land-use request to divide a plot of land west of Whitworth College.

The application shows the division of a 5.38-acre triangular plot of land west of Waikiki Road and south of North Five Mile Road into 11 lots. The Viewmont Glen lots will range in size from 11,000 square feet to 28,000 square feet.

The surrounding areas are primarily single-family residences, zoned Urban Residential-3.5 and UR-7. The new lots would maintain the UR-3.5 zoning.
