Fishing Extended

Cooler weather is heating up the fishing action throughout the Inland Northwest. Anglers looking for unusual opportunities might head to Warden and South Warden lakes south of Moses Lake.

These waters normally close July 31, but the trout season has been extended through Sept. 30 with no daily limit in preparation for a chemical treatment to rehabilitate the rainbow fishery later this fall. Info: Mar Don Resort, (509) 346-2651.
