Two-Car Collision Closes Interstate

Interstate 90 was closed in both directions for about 90 minutes Saturday after a two-car accident.

All westbound lanes were closed at I-90 near the Garden Springs exit on the western edge of town at about 7 p.m. Traffic was detoured onto State Route 2 and the Geiger exit until about 1 this morning, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Eastbound lanes at the accident site were re-opened at about 8:30 p.m.
