Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Brett O. Barnes 27, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, contempt for inattentive driving, $5,354 bond.

Joseph A. Menegato 51, Spokane, forgery, $5,000 bond.

Thurston A. Shinn Rathdrum, aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.

John A. Spagnol 36, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, grand theft, reckless driving, failure to appear for DUI, $7,175 bond.

Barry G. Wengren 47, Hayden, trafficking in marijuana, $10,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS
