Chiropractic Clinic To Move
A Valley chiropractor plans to occupy part of a new two-level, 4,000-square foot building going up at 8921 E. Alki.
Dr. Peter Zografos, now at 905 N. Pines, plans to move his clinic into the new building in November.
Plans are to have other businesses lease basement offices, said Scott Stellmon of Stellmon Contractors.
Meanwhile, construction continues on a new 13,370-square-foot medical and dental office on Mission Avenue just east of Pines Road.
The new building, going up between the former Seventh day Adventist Church and the Best Western Pheasant Hill hotel, will be home to Bourekis, Psomas and Bourekis dentistry.
Bourekis, Psomas and Bourekis will move to the new location after construction is complete at the end of February.
Sporting goods store closing
Play It Again Sports will close its store at 14208 E. Sprague on Saturday.
“It’s just an economic thing,” said Valley store manager Lon Gregory.
The East Sprague store has been open for five years, selling new and used sporting goods.
The Play It Again Sports store at 86 E. Francis on the North Side will remain open.
