N. Addison Baptist Plans Block Party

North Addison Baptist Church, 6120 N. Addison, will host a neighborhood block party Saturday in conjunction with the NevaWood COP Shop. The party runs from 4 to 8 p.m.

The community celebration will include carnival games, an antique car display, a fire truck, an ambulance, military vehicles and a concession stand. There will also be several stage performances by “4 Praise,” a puppet team from Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pullman.

Picnic at Northwood Presbyterian

Northwood Presbyterian Church, 6721 N. Monroe, will host a potluck picnic at 6 p.m. today. All are welcome to attend. For more information, call the church office at 328-2012.
