TRANSACTIONS

Honeywell Inc. has leased 1,700 square feet at 14109 E. Sprague for its HVAC systems business from Bannon Properties. Agents: Jim Bonacelli, Village Square Realty, and Michael Stone and Josh Sheaver, Kiemle and Hagood Co.

Nordan Distributing Inc., an auto parts distributor, has leased 14,040 square feet at 3200 East Trent at the Patterson Building from Rocky Rothrock. Agents: Mark Lucas and Trcy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood.

Jan Moravek has bought the 48-unit Fairwood Square apartment complex at 815 W. Bellwood Drive from Fairwood ‘76 Partnership. Agents: Mitch Swenson, Tomlinson Black, and Jim Watson, Kiemle and Hagood Co.

C.A. Newell Co. Inc., a floor covering sales and distribution company, has leased 7,600 square feet at 10310 Buckeye Lane from William and Delma Wagstaff. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood Co.

Louis Ray and Patricia Ray have purchased 52,000 square feet of land at the 2000 block of East Broadway from Mallon Investments. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood, and Rocky Rothrock, Crowley Commercial.

Walter and Judith Haig have leased 1,200 square feet at 9712 W. Sunset Highway for an accounting business from J and L Investments. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood.

Kinkos has leased 9,271 square feet at 212 N. Sullivan from Smith Spokane II. Agents: Roger Qualman, Norris Beggs and Simpson; Randy Jassman, Tomlinson Black; and Craig Soehren, Kiemle and Hagood.
