Help Sought In Search For Robber
The FBI needs help catching a man who robbed a Coeur d’Alene bank branch last month.
The bandit walked into the Bank of America branch at 501 W. Appleway about 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 9. He pulled out a pistol and demanded cash from two tellers, agents said.
The robber took an undisclosed amount of money and ran away.
Witnesses said he is white, in his early 30s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 150 pounds. He had dark hair and a mustache and was wearing a waist-length jacket and camouflage fishing hat at the time of the robbery.
The FBI released a security camera photograph of the robber Monday.
Anyone who recognizes the bandit or has other information on the robbery is asked to call the Coeur d’Alene Police Department at (208) 769-2290 or Spokane Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
