Some teams play non-league games this weekend.

The league season begins Dec. 11. Here are opening-game pairings:

Boys

Central Valley at North Central, Mt. Spokane at Mead, Rogers at Shadle Park, all 6:45 p.m.; Ferris at Gonzaga Prep, Lewis and Clark at University, both 8:30 p.m.

Girls

Ferris at Gonzaga Prep, Lewis and Clark at University, both at 6:45 p.m.; Central Valley at North Central, Mt. Spokane at Mead, Rogers at Shadle Park, all at 8:45 p.m.
