Missing Woman Found After Calling Home

A woman who reportedly disappeared in Spokane while on a cross-country bus trip has been found, police said.

Stormee Ann Smith, 27, called her mother and said she is living in Seattle, police said Tuesday.

Smith was reported missing Monday. Her mother said her daughter’s luggage arrived in Bellingham on a bus from Spokane last month, but her daughter did not.

Smith was traveling from North Dakota to Bellingham at the time.
