Brad McKnight, Brad Brevet and Torey Swanson combined to score 45 points and lead Pacific Lutheran to a 65-54 Northwest Conference basketball victory over Whitworth on Saturday.

Whitworth (3-4, 1-3) shot just 40 percent (21-52) from the floor. Doug Schulz came off the bench to score 13 for the Pirates. Phil Ruebel and Tyler Jordan added 12 and 11 points, respectively.

PLU (4-3, 3-1) shot 51 percent from the floor.
