Prison Releases

The following people were released from Washington Department of Corrections prisons during November:

Phillip Smith Sentenced in King County to 13 years for first-degree rape, Smith was released to Spokane County after serving seven years, 11 months and 29 days.

Randy Linerud Sentenced in King County to 12 years for first-degree rape, Linerud was released to Spokane County after serving eight years, 11 months and one day.

Calvin Mines Sentenced in Island County to five years for rape, Mines was released to Spokane County after serving four years, nine months and 15 days.

Terry Moncrief Sentenced in King County to eight years, four months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Moncrief was released to Spokane County after serving seven years, nine months and 25 days.

George Hollis Sentenced in Spokane County to 16 years, six months for indecent liberties, Hollis was released to King County after serving 10 years, six months and 16 days.

Linda Piper Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months for sexual abuse of a child, Piper was released to Spokane County after serving one year and 27 days.

Donald Gamer Sentenced in Pierce County to five years for sexual abuse of a child, Gamer was released to Spokane County after serving four years, one month and 25 days.

Alexis Reeves Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for sexual abuse of a child, Reeves was released to Spokane County after serving four months and six days.

Lessie McGill Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, 10 months for first-degree robbery, McGill was released to Idaho after serving one year, eight months and eight days.

Gilbert Garza Sentenced in Grant County to three years for first-degree robbery, Garza was released to Spokane County after serving one year, 10 months and seven days.

John Hamilton Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, 10 months for assault, Hamilton was released to Spokane County after serving 11 months and 19 days.

John Perry Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, 10 months for assault, Perry was released to Spokane County after serving two years, three months and 27 days.

Marshall Knight Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, 10 months for assault, Knight was released to Spokane County after serving nine months and four days.

Savaad Alex Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, two months for assault, Alex was released to Thurston County after serving 12 months and one day.

Allan Green Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, six months for first-degree kidnapping, Green was released to Spokane County after serving two years, six months and 17 days.

John Dean Sentenced in Whitman County to four years, six months for second-degree burglary, Dean was released to Spokane County after serving four years, two months and one day.

Silas Lane Sentenced in Spokane County to four years for second-degree burglary, Lane was released to Spokane County after serving three years and five days.
