Measure Would Study Sales Tax Distribution

A study of how sales tax money is distributed in Idaho is long overdue, Rep. Hilde Kellogg, R-Post Falls, said Wednesday.

The House Revenue and Taxation Committee agreed to debate a bill that would create an interim committee to study sales tax distribution.

The measure passed last year along with a flood of other interim committee proposals. Kellogg agreed to reintroduce the bill this session. , DataTimes
