Commissioner Guest Speaker At Meeting

County Commissioner Phil Harris will be guest speaker at the next meeting of the Friends of the Little Spokane River Valley.

Other commissioners have spoken to the North County neighborhood group in the past.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Covenant United Methodist Church, 15515 N. Gleneden St. , DataTimes
