Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Juvenal J. Dacosta Jr. 21, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Robert T. Finkbeiner 32, Spokane, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Robert S. Judge 28, Mead, Wash., parole violation/fraudulent use of bank card, $5,000 bond.

Raymond A. LaPlante 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Jeremy D. Stutheit 23, Rathdrum, Idaho, parole violation/delivery of a controlled substance, aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Wiley F. Akers 39, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $88 bond.

Susan M. Barber 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/nonsufficient-funds checks, $673 bond.

Rex A. Brown Jr. 61, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/ invalid driver’s license, $532 bond.

Roxane M. Clairmont 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/nonsufficient-funds check, $73 bond.

Michael R. Deherrera 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license (two counts), $408 bond.

Christopher M. Delmas 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $213 bond.

Darren G. Dye 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $53 bond.

Lynnell L. Frear 26, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $368 bond, two days in jail.

Kenneth F. Horrell 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond, two days in jail.

Keith J. Koskimaki 23, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond.

Antonio V. Lujan 48, Hayden, Idaho, contempt/no driver’s license, $148 bond.

Margaret B. Masson 39, Sagle, Idaho, contempt and failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $213 bond, one day in jail.

Amy J. Mossuto 21, Spokane, contempt/failure to give information, no driver’s license, $137 bond.

David J. Rodgers 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $273 bond, two days in jail.
