Lovelace Wants Trial Date Set Aside

Associated Press Little

An Idaho man implicated in an alleged plot to establish a white nation within the United States asked a federal judge Friday to set aside his trial date.

Faron Lovelace is scheduled to go to trial April 30 on a racketeering charge. He is a co-defendant of two white supremacists who are also accused in the deaths of an Arkansas family. Lovelace is not charged in those deaths but already has a death sentence from a separate Idaho case.

Danny Lee of Oklahoma, also known as Danny Graham, and Chevie Kehoe, of Colville, Wash., each face seven charges including racketeering and three counts of murder in aid of racketeering in the deaths of William Mueller, Nancy Mueller and her daughter, Sarah Powell.
