A college student accused of stalking Olympic gold medalist Shannon Miller was arrested after the gymnast filed a complaint against him, police said.

Joseph Whitney Vogt, 25, a University of Oklahoma journalism student, will be arraigned on a complaint of stalking today in Cleveland County District Court.

Miller, who also is a student at Oklahoma, filed a report Sunday alleging she had been stalked for more than a month, said Norman Police Lt. Paul Swenson. Miller also filed a temporary victim’s protective order against Vogt.
