Outboard Motors Stolen From Nic

Five outboard boat motors were reported stolen Monday from the North Idaho College marine technology department.

The 25-horsepower motors, valued at $2,000 each, were taken from a storage shed at the college’s marine building on Lakeshore Drive. A padlock was cut off the shed door over the weekend, according to a police report.

Four of the motors were Johnson brand outboards. The fifth was a Yamaha brand.
