Police Say Man Hit By Train Was Murdered

From Staff And Wire Reports

A man hit and killed by a train on Dec. 23 apparently was a homicide victim, police said Wednesday.

The remains of Ernest A. Sena, 38, of Everett, were found on railroad tracks in downtown Everett.

Police received information Monday that led them to arrest a man on Tuesday for investigation of first-degree murder. Detectives are looking for a second man.

Sena was involved in a confrontation with the two men and ended up on the tracks, police spokesman Elliott Woodall said.

Sena was a part-time worker at a fast-food restaurant.
