David Thompson has purchased 1.17 acres on the 6200 block of East Alki for a technical equipment business. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood, and Sam Campbell, Campbell Co.

Dan and Leasa Glover have purchased 2,500 square feet at 3604 E. Trent for a heating and sheet metal business. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood.

Nextel Communications has leased 2,200 square feet at 1620 N. Mamer Rd. Agents: Jim Watson, Kiemle and Hagood, and Derek Trulson, Pallis Realty Advisors.

Country Classics, an antique shop, has leased 4,500 square feet at 1802 E. Sprague. Agent: Jack Carroll, The Campbell Co.

Inland Empire District Services has purchased 1.2 million square feet of land at the Spokane Industrial Park. Agents: Don Williams, Dale Bright, Crown West Realty LLC, and Tomlinson Black Commercial.

Pavement Maintenance Corp. has leased 3,450 square feet at 124 S. Howe. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood Co.

United Courier Inc. Distribution Plus has leased 3,700 square feet at 4122 S. Grove, Building B. Agents: Mark Lucas, Tracy Lucas and Steve McIntosh, Kiemle and Hagood.

Humanix Corp. has leased 1,049 square feet at 7307 N. Division. Agent: Ken McLeod, Kiemle and Hagood.

John Simmet has purchased 29,986 square feet at 2222 E. Broadway for a window, siding and roofing company. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood Co.
