No doubt about it, Friday was a Biggs night for Medical Lake.

Ali Biggs made two layups in the closing seconds as the Cardinals (3-4) notched a 45-42 non-league win over visiting Reardan (5-4).

Biggs scored with 21 seconds left for a 43-41 lead. Reardan’s Julia Seyler made the first free throw on a 1-and-1 with 4 seconds left, but missed the second. ML’s Kristina Blayne passed to Biggs for a final score.

Reardan’s Kristen Turner and the Cardinals’ Brandy Knapp had eight rebounds apiece.
