Friends Don’t Let Friends Mow Topless

Compiled From Wire Services

A woman who mowed her lawn topless was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $40.

Kim Hansel, 37, was found guilty by a judge Wednesday - not for cutting the grass without a shirt but for turning the riding mower around in the street after drinking.

Madison Township police at first had cited Hansel for public indecency after receiving a complaint that she was topless. She put bandages and leaves on her breasts and went back to mowing the lawn.

Prosecutors dropped that charge.
