Ice Cream Shop, Markets Burglarized; Cigarettes Taken

A Baskin-Robbins, an Exxon Qwik Stop and a P.D.Q. Convenience Store were burglarized on Saturday night, police said. Crooks smashed a glass door at the Baskin-Robbins store at 4212 E. Sprague, but apparently took nothing.

Several dozen cartons of cigarettes and two cases of beer were taken from the Exxon Qwik Stop at 3125 E. Mission after someone broke a glass door to get in.

Cigarettes again were the loot of choice for someone who pried open the door of a P.D.Q. Convenience Store at 2627 W. Sunset Boulevard.
