Search Continues For Holdup Man
Police continued to search Thursday for a man who robbed a north Spokane convenience store that morning, officers said.
The man walked into the Super C convenience store, 1809 N. Ash, about 1 a.m. He had both hands in his jacket pockets and demanded money from the clerk, who believed he had a weapon, police said.
The man escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash and ran east across Ash, police said. Officers recovered evidence. They would not say what was found.
Witnesses described the man as white, about 25 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, thin, with dark, curly collar-length hair. He wore a dark baseball cap, dark jeans and a jacket with a bright yellow design. , DataTimes
