Man Found Shot To Death In His Home

A man was found shot to death in his home at Big Lake southeast of here.

The body of Geoffrey Reynolds, 30, was found about 2:20 p.m. Wednesday by his girlfriend, Deanna Combs, sheriff’s Chief Deputy Harry Hemphill said.

Reynolds, who played in a band, may have been shot during a robbery, and drugs “may have been involved,” Hemphill said, declining to provide further details.

No arrests had been made by Friday, and no weapon had been recovered, Hemphill said.
