Daniel Nelson Joins Source Capital Board

Source Capital Corp. has added Daniel Nelson to its board of directors.

Nelson is a former president of U.S. Bancorp of Portland and chairman of West One Bancorp of Boise, both now part of U.S. Bancorp of Minneapolis. He retired in January 1997.

Source President D. Michael Jones was president at West One while Nelson was the chairman.

Source, a commercial lender with offices in Spokane, Seattle, and Portland, also reported that the board has declared a cash dividend of 18 cents per share payable Feb. 27 to the shareholders of record on Feb. 6.
