Moscow High School grad Andrea Lloyd scored nine of her 16 points during a 15-0 run in the second quarter as the Columbus Quest clinched the American Basketball League Eastern Conference title Wednesday with an 85-69 victory over the Seattle Reign at Columbus, Ohio.
