Registration forms for the Hooop It Up! 3-on-3 basketball tournament July 25-26 at The Spokane Valley Mall must be hand delivered to the Valley YMCA, 13014 E. Sprague, by 7 p.m. Monday. They had to be postmarked by Friday. For more information, call the YMCA at (509) 927-1474.
