Suspects Sought In 7-Eleven Robbery

Two men robbed a south Spokane convenience store early Saturday, police said.

The men walked into the 7-Eleven at 1317 S. Grand about 4:20 a.m. A clerk told police that the men loitered around the store and seemed to be drunk or on drugs.

When the clerk asked them to leave, one of the men threw an unidentified item at the clerk. It hit her, but she was not injured. The two grabbed some beer and ran south on Grand, police said.

The suspects are described as white, about 18 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, 145 to 150 pounds.
