July 14

Two reports of dust from an unpaved road at 57th construction reported at 8 a.m.

Dust from an unpaved road at 57th construction reported at 10 a.m.

Dust from an unpaved road reported at North Division construction at 1:50 p.m.

Dust from an unpaved road reported at 3606 S. Schafer Road at 5:15 p.m.

Fifteen reports of odor at the Colbert Compost facility reported at 2 p.m.

July 15

Dust from source reported at Mid West Pacific Resources at 11:05 a.m.

July 16

Dust from an unpaved road at 3600 E. 25th reported at 10:50 a.m.

Dust from an unpaved road at 3233 W. Indian Trail Road reported at 12:50 p.m.

Odor reported at SE corner of Division and Indiana at 11 a.m.
