Woman Arrested In Mischief Case
A report of car prowling led to the arrest of a 22-year-old Valley woman Monday. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kelsey Jean Morse, 6408 E. 17th, for second-degree malicious mischief.
They responded to a prowling call at Central Park condominiums and found a Mazda Miata with the door and trunk partially open. The convertible top also was torn, deputies said.
They spotted a woman, dressed in black clothing, hiding nearby.
They began chasing her. She dropped a tire iron during the chase, according to police.
Deputies found gloves and a screwdriver in her clothes.
