Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Deller J. Foutz 19, Post Falls, delivery of marijuana (two counts), delivery of LSD, $10,000 bond.
David L. Fowers 33, Hayden, aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.
Timothy B. Kelly 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/delivery of marijuana, delivery of LSD, $10,000 bond.
Floyd E. Pollard 30, Rose Lake, Idaho, grand theft by unauthorized control (two counts), $5,000 bond.
