Pottery Barn To Join River Park Square

Pottery Barn, a specialty retailer of home furnishings and accessories, has signed a lease to be part of the River Park Square project in downtown Spokane.

The 9,530-square-foot store will be located on Main Avenue, directly west of Restoration Hardware, which signed a lease last month.

The L-shaped Pottery Barn store will wrap around another soon-to-be announced retailer. Patrons will enter the store from Main and from an atrium on Post Street.

Pottery Barn, a subsidiary of San Francisco-based Williams-Sonoma Inc., has more than 90 retail stores nationwide and mails 50 million catalogs annually.

Other retailers that have recently signed leases to be part of the $110 million project are Nordstrom, Ann Taylor and Williams-Sonoma. The development also will include a multiscreen AMC movie theater.
