Outstanding Warrants
Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies
Lawrence W. Davis 62, Rathdrum, grand theft-embezzlement (two counts), grand theft/unauthorized control, $100,000 bond.
Joey L. Hobbs 34, Coeur d’Alene, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, $10,000 bond.
Paula K. Johnson 25, Roy, Wash., parole violation/aggravated assault, $25,000 bond.
David L. Orr 39, Otis Orchards, Wash., grand theft (two counts), failure to appear/battery and driving while suspended, $16,000 bond.
Constance L. Smith-Swan 24, Spokane, parole violation/burglary, $10,000 bond.
Misdemeanors
Stephen F. Henson 45, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $155 bond.
Joshua H. Hester 22, Spirit Lake, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $197 bond.
Toby J. Jaeckels 20, Sandpoint, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $114 bond.
Jerry L. Johnson 40, Blanchard, contempt/driving while suspended, no driver’s license, $512 bond.
Benny J. Miller 35, Kellogg, contempt/pedestrian under the influence, $100 bond.
Jeremy G. Mock 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, $374 bond.
Robin E. Slaven 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $652 bond, one day in jail.
Teresa L. Tully 33, Spirit Lake, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, 32 bond.
Jodi L. White 18, Spokane, contempt/liquor-minors, $141 bond.
