New faces:
GST Telecommunications Inc. has named Lynn Parshall as operations manager for its Spokane office. She will oversee overall operation and management of the Spokane-area network, including the central office switch, outside plant installation, maintenance and upgrades. Parshall, who has 21 years of telecommunications experience, was previously a strategic account manager for Nextlink Communications.
Mic Armon, a 19-year veteran of the financial services industry, is the new branch manager at the Coeur d’Alene office of Smith Barney Inc. Armon, who is a graduate of Montana State University, most recently was a financial consultant with D.A. Davidson and Co.
Tracy M. Dickinson has joined the Post Falls Branch of Mountain West Bank as a personal financial officer. Dickinson, who has 11 years of banking experience and was previously with U.S. Bank, will be responsible for consumer lending, new accounts and business development.
Cheryl Graves and Jim Davis have joined the private investigative firm of Professional Investigations and Consulting Ltd. Graves recently retired from the Spokane Police Department and is a specialist in child abuse matters. Davis, who recently retired from the FBI, will focus on general investigations.
Tomlinson Black Valley has added Randy Hall to its staff as an agent. Hall, who has earned his GRI, works all aspects of real estate, including resale, new construction and land.
The Panhandle Health District has named David Reese as district director. Reese began his career in public health in 1977 as a public health education specialist in Idaho Falls. He later served as district director of the Southwest District Health Department in Caldwell, Idaho, and most recently was executive director of Cabot Westside Clinic in Kansas City, Mo.
Dr. Joseph Phaneuf has joined the medical staff of Holy Family Hospital in the practice of internal medicine. He received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1987 and completed an internship and internal medicine residency at Rush Presbyterian-St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago. He joined Drs. Byrd, Lochner, Hurley and Sanchez at 318 E. Rowan, Suite 240.
Kimberlee Hammond has joined Dynamic Rehab in Coeur d’Alene as a physical therapist and certified MedX technician. Hammond completed a MedX certification course at the University of Florida’s School of Exercise Science. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and has five years of experience with acute and chronic patients in various settings.
Sandra Mannix and Wade Pedersen have joined the staff of Windermere Real Estate’s Manito office as sales associates. Mannix previously worked with TCI Media Services for three years. Pedersen was previously with Century 21 All-star in Everett.
Zak Designs Inc. has named Bill Nix as East Coast sales manager for Selandia, its department store division. Nix will manage independent sales representative groups within his region, as well as oversee all major accounts. He previously was a division manager for Thomas Nelson Publishers.

Teresa Ann Main joined the Spokane Maple Street branch. Main has more than three years of experience in real estate, most recently with Boardwalk. Earlier, she worked for Jafra Cosmetics, the Spokane Ballet and the Spokane County prosecutors office.

David Tyler has been promoted to associate art director at Zak Designs Inc. Tyler will be responsible for all design and production of printed materials, as well as the design and direction of Zak’s licensed products. He received an associate degree in communication art and professional certification in design/illustration from Spokane Falls Community College.
Pullman-based Advanced Hardware Architectures has promoted John Cameron to vice president of operations. Cameron, who joined the company five years ago, was previously the materials manager, operations manager and director of operations. He will manage the company’s manufacturing subcontractors as well as oversee test and product engineering and the material functions.
