Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Mark A. Dolan - 27, Salt Lake City, Utah, intimidating a witness, $10,000 bond.

Frank P. Hritzak - 33, Coeur d’Alene, nonsufficient funds checks (two counts), $5,000 bond.

Robert M. Johnson - 21, Post Falls, grand theft, burglary, $15,000 bond.

Cameron A. Maloof - 21, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

Allen L. Sperle - 40, Coeur d’Alene, felony driving while suspended, $20,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

James L. Anderson - 37, Post Falls, contempt/ driving while suspended, $388 bond.

Steven T. Becker - 31, contempt/operate a vessel at excess speed, $140 bond.

Ronald F. Blakney - 31, Post Falls, contempt/ fictitious display, $150 bond.

Peter S. Collins - 33, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $204 bond.

Lori R. Johnston - 40, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $252 bond.

Dwayne K. Ley - 41, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $100 bond.

Kory B. Martin - 28, Post Falls, contempt/ eluding, $700 bond.

James W. Ohlig III - 21, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,200 bond.

Jon C. Parker - 31, Post Falls, contempt and failure to appear, domestic battery, $251 bond, four days in jail.

Thomas D. Smith - 38, Post Falls, contempt/ possession drugs, no driver’s license, $90 bond.

Bryce C. Sparks - 18, Post Falls, contempt/ fictitious display, $100 bond.

William E. Stephenson - 21, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, $175 bond.

Karen E. Thompson - 31, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,651.

Michael S. Tutell - 30, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $155 bond.

Patrick A. Wing - 39, Post Falls, contempt/ driving while suspended, $53 bond.
