Police blotter Coeur d’Alene police

Otto Eggers, owner of Eggers Kart Center, reported Saturday the $2,874 theft of Go Kart engines and miscellaneous parts and two checks from the business at 4907 Industrial Ave. East.

Barbara Christofferson reported Saturday the theft of a 1971 Ford pickup worth $3,000 from the 200 block of Sherman Avenue.

Brian Lehman reported Saturday the $935 theft of compact discs, stereo equipment and a wallet from his car while it was parked at his home in the 4200 block of Holmes Road.

Michael Thomas Jr. reported Saturday $800 in damage to the exterior, windshield and engine of his 1980 Honda while it was parked at a home in the 900 block of Second Street.

Rena Heitfeld reported Friday the theft of miscellaneous items worth $1,575 when they were to be auctioned and full payment was not received.

Eugene Doerflinger reported Friday the $620 theft of a toolbox and miscellaneous tools from his home in the 1300 block of 13th Street.

Kootenai County sheriff

Thomas Richardson, employee of H2O Well Service, reported Friday $700 in damage to windshields of two company trucks while they were parked at a work site on Holland Road.

Victor Slater, 33, Wallace; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; 38 months’ determinate penitentiary time, 46 months’ indeterminate penitentiary time.

David McDaniel, 35, Davison, Mich.; burglary; one year’s penitentiary time (suspended), 87 days in jail, one year’s probation.

Paul Blodgett, 39, Sacramento, Calif.; possession of a controlled substance; withheld judgment, five days in jail, 18 months’ probation.

Bruce Hickey, 45, Smelterville, Idaho; possession of a controlled substance; one year’s determinate penitentiary time (suspended), two years’ indeterminate penitentiary time (suspended), nine days in jail, three years’ probation.
