Valley Credit Union Robbed
A man robbed a Spokane Valley credit union Tuesday, sheriff’s deputies said.
He walked into Horizon Credit Union, 201 N. Mullan, at 5:50 p.m. and asked about cashing a check. He walked around the teller counter, displayed a revolver and demanded cash, deputies said.
No one was injured and no shots were fired.
The suspect took money from two tellers and ran south from the credit union, deputies said.
He is described as white, in his 30s, 6 feet tall, 180 to 230 pounds, with red hair, a pale complexion and a mustache. He wore a tan jacket, a blue-and-white plaid shirt, dark jeans and a cap.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
