Sparked by Jerry Petty, the Bulldogs (23-5) outscored the Rams (24-4) 19-9 in the second quarter and earned a semifinal victory.
Petty, a senior guard, had 22 points, including eight in the second period, and seven rebounds for the Bulldogs (23-5).
The Bulldogs have suffered only two losses to Washington state teams.

The Hornets will be looking for their first state title against Prairie today.
Annas’ 24 points gave her a tournament-leading, three-day total of 69 points.
