Potluck, Bingo Planned At St. Stephen’s

The Youth Ministries Department of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church is planning a potluck and bingo night Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m.

People of all ages are invited to attend the family-oriented event.

Those attending are asked to bring a dish to share as well as a small toy or book to be used as a prize for the lucky bingo winners.

The event is free and open to all.

The church is located at 5720 S. Perry.

Spaghetti feed will be Friday

Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the Browne’s Addition Neighborhood Group will host a spaghetti feed Friday at the church, located at 314 S. Spruce.

Dinner will be served from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and children under age 12. Tickets will be available at the door.

All proceeds will benefit the neighborhood group.

Benefit concert planned Sunday

Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church, 4102 S. Crestline, will host a hymn festival at 4 p.m. Sunday. Stan McDaniel of Millwood Presbyterian Church will lead the singing.

The benefit concert will raise funds to be used toward the purchase of a new piano for the sanctuary.
