Hamilton Named Ad Professional Of Year

Don Hamilton, owner of Hamilton Photography and Film Co., was named the “advertising professional of the year” Saturday by the Spokane Advertising Federation.

Hamilton was honored during the ad club’s 41st annual ADDY awards presentation at Cavanaughs Ridpath Hotel. Hamilton’s award cited his photography and film-making work.

Hanna & Associates of Coeur d’Alene received the best-of-show “Max” for its “Lisa” newspaper ad for Indian tribal gaming.

Johnston Printing won a citation for best illustration for its 1998 calendar. Division winners are forwarded to regional competition in Portland.
